01Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Bralvexa Taste. By browsing the site, creating an account, purchasing a course or collection, joining a live class, or subscribing to a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

02Who we are and what we provide

Bralvexa Taste provides cooking education for home cooks. Our Services are entirely digital and include, among other things:

• Self-paced video courses covering cuisines, techniques, and fundamentals
• Downloadable recipe collections, e-cookbooks, and seasonal guides
• Live, interactive online classes led by a chef in real time
• Personalized meal plans built around your goals and preferences
• Memberships that provide ongoing access to our library of materials

We do not sell physical goods, ship products, or provide in-person instruction. All content is educational in nature and intended for personal, non-commercial use.

03Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase Services or enter into these Terms. Minors may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You may not share your account, license, or membership access with anyone else.

04Purchases, pricing, and taxes

Prices for our Services are displayed on the site and are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Representative pricing includes recipe packs and e-cookbooks from $9, themed courses from $39, personalized meal plans from $25, live online classes from $30 per session, and full membership from $99 per year. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect purchases you have already completed.

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; by submitting payment information you authorize us and our providers to charge the applicable amount. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or revoke access to the affected Services.

05Memberships and recurring billing

Certain Services, including our full membership, are offered on a recurring subscription basis. When you subscribe, you authorize Bralvexa Taste to charge the applicable fee at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, memberships renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current rate. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. Details of how refunds are handled for memberships and other Services are set out in our Refund Policy.

06License to use digital content

When you purchase a course, collection, guide, or membership, Bralvexa Taste grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use that content for your own private, non-commercial cooking. This license lasts for as long as you maintain valid access to the relevant Service.

You may not, and may not permit others to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or publicly share our content
• Reproduce videos, guides, or recipes on any other platform or website
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use any content to build a competing product or service
• Use automated tools to scrape, download in bulk, or extract our materials

07Live classes

Live classes are scheduled interactive sessions delivered online. Class times, chefs, and topics are described at the point of booking and may occasionally change. If we need to reschedule or cancel a live class, we will notify registered participants and provide a substitute session, credit, or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Recordings of live classes, where offered, are provided for your personal reference only and are subject to the same license restrictions as our other content. You agree not to record, broadcast, or distribute any live session yourself without our written permission.

08Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including videos, recipes, written guides, meal plans, text, graphics, photography, logos, and the Bralvexa Taste name and branding, is owned by or licensed to Bralvexa Taste and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You may cook from our recipes for yourself, your family, and your guests, and you may adapt them in your own kitchen. You may not publish our recipes verbatim, present our materials as your own, or use our content commercially without prior written consent.

09Health, allergens, and dietary disclaimer

You are responsible for reviewing every recipe for ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods that may affect you or the people you cook for. Common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, shellfish, and soy may appear throughout our materials, and cross-contact is possible. If you have a food allergy, dietary restriction, or medical condition, please consult an appropriate professional before following any recipe or plan.

You are solely responsible for safe food handling, cooking temperatures, kitchen safety, and the use of equipment in your own home. Bralvexa Taste is not liable for any adverse reaction, illness, injury, or damage arising from your use of our recipes or instruction.

10Acceptable use and community conduct

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. When participating in live classes, comments, or any interactive feature, you agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, and not to disrupt sessions or interfere with other participants' experience.

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate access, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably consider harmful to our community, our staff, or our Services.

11Third-party links and services

The Services may reference or rely on third-party tools and providers, such as payment processors, hosting, and analytics. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

12Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bralvexa Taste disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result, skill, or outcome will be achieved.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bralvexa Taste and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bralvexa Taste and its team from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

15Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue any part of the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.

16Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or the law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kentucky, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
