Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about learning to cook with us. Because Bralvexa Taste sells digital content and live experiences rather than physical goods, refunds work a little differently than they do for shipped products. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect.

01The nature of digital products

Our courses, recipe collections, e-cookbooks, guides, and meal plans are digital products delivered instantly or on a scheduled basis. Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or substantially consumed, it cannot be returned in the way a physical product can. For this reason, our refund terms are tailored to each type of Service, as set out below.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where local law grants you a mandatory right to a refund, that right always applies.

02Courses

If you purchase a themed course and find it is not right for you, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than a modest portion of the course content. As a general guide, requests are eligible where no more than roughly 25% of the lessons have been viewed. Beyond that point, or after the 14-day window, course purchases are considered final.

03Recipe collections, e-cookbooks, and guides

Because downloadable recipe packs, e-cookbooks, and guides are delivered in full immediately and can be saved to your device, these purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been made available to you. If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right, either by fixing the issue or by issuing a refund.

04Live classes

Live classes have limited capacity, so timing matters:

  • Your cancellation: if you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled live class, you may request a full refund or transfer your seat to a future session.
  • Late cancellation or no-show: cancellations made within 48 hours of the class, or missed sessions, are not eligible for a refund, though we may offer a credit at our discretion.
  • Our cancellation: if we reschedule or cancel a live class, you will be offered a substitute session, a credit, or a full refund.

05Personalized meal plans

Personalized meal plans are prepared specifically for you based on the goals and preferences you share. Because each plan is custom-made, refunds are generally not available once your plan has been created and delivered. If you have not yet received your plan, you may request a refund. If your plan does not reflect the preferences you submitted, contact us and we will revise it.

06Memberships

Memberships give you ongoing access to our library and renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • New members: you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial membership purchase if you have made only limited use of the library.
  • Renewals: renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal, cancel before your next billing date.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made after cancellation.

07How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team using the email details at the end of this Policy. Please include the name on your account, the email address you used, the product or class in question, the order date, and a brief description of the reason. Providing this information helps us review your request quickly.

08How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed on our side, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will confirm by email when a refund has been issued.

09Exceptions and discretionary refunds

We review every request individually and in good faith. Even where a purchase falls outside the windows above, we may choose to offer a refund, credit, or replacement where circumstances warrant. Promotional bundles, gift purchases, and discounted items may carry specific terms, which will be stated at the time of purchase.

10Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and access while the matter is reviewed. We are always happy to work with you directly to resolve billing questions.

11Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes apply to purchases made after the updated "Last updated" date above. Purchases made before a change remain subject to the Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
