The Curriculum

Signature courses, crafted to master

Unlock every course

Not at all. Our courses begin with the fundamentals and build from there, so complete beginners are welcome. If you already cook, you can jump straight into intermediate and signature courses at your own pace.

Less than you might think. A sharp knife, a cutting board, a pan, and a pot will carry you through most lessons. When a course calls for anything specific, we tell you well in advance so you can prepare.

Live classes are scheduled online sessions where you cook in real time alongside a chef. You'll see the dish come together step by step and can ask questions as you go. Reserve a seat in advance, since space is limited.

Many recipes can be adapted, and we suggest substitutions where we can. Please review each recipe for ingredients and allergens, and consult a qualified professional about your own dietary needs. Our courses are culinary guidance, not medical or nutritional advice.

Full membership gives you ongoing access to our library of courses, recipe collections, and meal plans, plus a seat at our live classes. It renews yearly, and you can cancel anytime from your account.
